Welcome to the Puppy Pen.

Socialization starts at a young age.  Our puppies are all cared for in whelping rooms and monitored daily for weight and health.  Initial shots are given and dew claws are removed.  The puppies are introduced to humans and children and also to clipped wing pigeons.  All puppies are whelped in our home.  Round Lake Kennels puppies are sure to be a pleasure for your family!!!!

The pedigrees speak for themselves in the fact that all the parents come from a long line of Field Champions, Amateur Field Champions, Canadian and a National Field Champion background. Whether you are looking for a companion dog, gun-dog, or a combination of the two; these litters are sure to please. Some may question a strong field trial background but whatever your interest, trainability is an inherited trait. We have sold puppies from our program to homes as assistant dogs for this very reason.

We raise all litters in our home with attention to detail and good socialization. All pups are introduced to gun shot and birds. We provide a vet check, dewclaw removal, worming, and first series of shots. All pups come with a 100% purchase price back, hip and eye guarantee and all of our breeding parents are OFA and Eye CERF'd. We believe working parents are an asset when producing puppies as birdiness, trainability and desire are inherited traits. All dogs in our breeding program are hunted extensively on upland and waterfowl, working 90 days a year as guide dogs for our hunts in South Dakota.

We accept a $200 deposit to hold your puppy and pick in the litter.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
